Ed Targett is the Editor of Computer Business Review, where he oversees reporting on business technology issues across a wide range of industries. His 12 years of editorial and consultancy experience span independent macroeconomic research, smart cities, commodities markets and hard news. A stint working in agency communications saw him working with clients including Adobe, FIS, Siemens and the Financial Times. He was previously editor at Roubini Global Economics.

Jon Bernstein

Jon Bernstein is an award winning journalist, editor and digital strategist. He was deputy editor, then digital director, at the New Statesman; multimedia editor at Channel 4 News; ran the Channel 4 FactCheck website during the 2005 general election; and was editor-in-chief of Directgov, working for Cabinet Office’s eGovernment unit. He began his career in journalism as a technology writer, working as a reporter for PC Week and news editor of Network News before moving on to become a founding member and editor-in-chief of business and technology website Silicon.com, where he led the editorial launches in London, Munich and Paris. In 2011 he was named Website Editor of the Year by the British Society of Magazine Editors for Newstatesman.com. He writes for Press Gazette and the Guardian Media Network and is an associate editor of Computer Business Review.

David Bicknell

Editor, Government Computing and Contributing Editor, TechMonitor

David Bicknell is the Editor of Government Computing in addition to being contributing editor of Computer Business Review (CBR). Previously, he held senior positions in a 14-year career at Computer Weekly as News Editor, US Correspondent, and was Managing Editor of e-Business Review. In the past, he has worked as a freelance editor, author and content and media specialist, and is co-author with Tony Collins of a book of IT project management case studies called 'Crash' (Simon & Schuster). He is also co-founder (with Tony Collins) of the Campaign4Change blog, which looks at business change and change management issues.
